I know, I stink at blogging.
I am never sure of what to blog about lately. I feel weird blogging about Jason, but he consumes most of my thoughts. I don't want to be the mom that posts 257 pictures daily of her new baby. Everything else just seems mundane.
So I'll share a naughty, funny story. Don't judge me.
Halley had a dance performance Monday night. They were performing their show number which is Suessical. They wear their hair "funky" for this dance. I was in the bathroom doing Halley's hair, which was crazy and funky. I asked Gage how Halley looked. He told me to lean down and he would whisper it in my ear. "She looks like a dumb ass!"
I'm sure all of you know I would never use such language and he must have learned this from his dad. Honestly, what 4 year old says that???
I am going to post a couple pictures of Brooks though. He turned 2 months old in St. George last weekend. He is such a good baby and so fun to have in our family.

This post makes me laugh so hard. I can't believe he said that! Isn't it funny what kids will pick up on?? Too funny. I would love to see Halley dance! I am sure she has become such a beautiful dancer! You'll have to let me know when she dances around here!!

Oh please be the Mom that posts 1000 pictures - we love seeing them. I'm on a break from Grandma's house (Mark is sitting for me and we've all had the flu so it's been a tough week). Grandma and I visit Jason, Mindy, Grandpa and Becky every day - and Grandma's still so sad, and most mornings at Mom's I catch sight of your Dad out the kitchen window when he feeds the horses, and sometimes the way he walks speaks volumes, and just makes me feel so sad and helpless - I'll just keep praying for us all, and tell you once more what a marvelous tower of strength I think you are for your family. We love you all so. And I think Gage sounds like he got your Mom's wonderful sense of humor - you go Gage :)
Okay, so I noticed that I am not in the "people I love" category, but I just want you to know that I love you anyway. I am sorry that you hurt and I pray that you know I am always here to listen. Brooks is SO cute, so don't worry about being "that" mom. Also, I think Gage might have just overheard you and I talking once or twice!
Ha ha ha ha! That is so funny! Please post tons of pictures- we definitely want to see them! And post one of Halley's hairdo for sure!

I am so glad to hear from you! You post whatever you want to post! We just want to hear from you. Brooks is darling, and I am certain Gage never has heard you or Jonathan speak that way. It must have been a neighbor.
This is sooo funny! And I do know another 4 year old who talks this way! I also think he gets it from his Dad. The other day Gar told me it was snowing like hell out there! What are we going to do with these little boys?

Too funny! Every time I turn around this last week my kids are saying Oh my hell! Ughhh... I am so glad it is not just me.
And can I just come out and kiss on Brooks all day? He is SO STINKIN cute!!! Hope to see you in the next few months.
