Climbing the red rock was Gage's favorite part of the trip. He would NOT let us hold his hand (and he was climbing up steep rocks and ledges!) Everytime Grandpa Steve or I would try to help him he would say, "I can do it! I am not scared of anything!" That's the problem, buddy!
They were Simba and Nala on Pride Rock...too bad you didn't get to hear them ROAR!!

I love the Pride Rock thing! Was that your idea or theirs? I can picture us doing that on our way to Sunshine when we were teens. Cant you?
